SolvantaxTech ("Creative Studio", "we", "our", or "us"), headquartered at Rúa de San Pedro, 15, 32005 Ourense, España, respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy outlines how we ingest, store, and process telemetry data and personal information submitted through our web nodes.
When you interact with our alert forms or request services, we collect telemetry such as names, email addresses, and project parameters. This data is utilized strictly for creative pipeline orchestration, client communication, and service fulfillment. We never sell or broadcast your data to external telemetry brokers.

2. Terms of Service & Creative Operations
By accessing SolvantaxTech or engaging our multimedia production and art direction units, you agree to abide by our system operational parameters. All interactive motion graphics, brand narratives, and visual art assets remain intellectual property of SolvantaxTech until full financial ingestion (payment) is registered.
Service uptime, revisions, and deliverable SLAs are defined per individual contract. Unauthorized scraping, reverse engineering of our web observability matrices, or malicious alert dispatches will result in immediate connection termination.
3. Cookie & Local Storage Policy
Our web nodes utilize local storage and secure cookies strictly for session maintenance, banner preference persistence (`solvantax_consent`), and basic performance observability.
You may clear or disable local storage tokens through your browser settings, though doing so may impact real-time UI rendering and alert configurations.
4. Refund & Cancellation Protocol
Due to the bespoke, high-end nature of our multimedia production and visual art direction units, deposits and initial ingestion fees are non-refundable once creative asset development has commenced.
Cancellations must be dispatched in writing to [email protected] prior to milestone phase completion. Pro-rata refunds for unexecuted pipeline stages may be issued at the discretion of SolvantaxTech management based in Ourense, España.
